4 комнаты with Elizest

«4 Комнаты» – это квиз-квест-шоу, в котором две команды соревнуются за победу, проходя испытания в четырёх разных комнатах. В спортивной – испытание физической нагрузкой, в комнате «Логика» игроков ждет интеллектуальная задача, в комнате «Страх» – преодоление фобий, а в квест-комнате все решит командная работа.

Атмосфера на съемочной площадке была непринужденная, я бы сказала, что даже напомнила встречу старых друзей. Хотя, отчасти, это так и было ))) Например с Аллой Медведевой мы познакомились еще на благотворительном проекте "StarShopping". Аллочка Зажигалочка  являться для меня примером. Она показывает всем своим видом и поведением, что возраст человека не определяешься датой рождения, а состоянием души :) 

С Евгением Галичем мы не виделись более 10 лет. Солист группы O.Torvald, которая представляла Украину на Евровидение 2017, ранее состоял в полтавской рок-группе "Крути педали". В Полтаве мы общались еще в подростковом возрасте ) Приятно, что несмотря на то, сколько лет прошло, он меня узнал. Вспомнили Полтаву, посмеялись ))) 

А так же незабываемые впечатления оставил Волос ) Он так и сказал, что его зовут волос и другого имени у него нет. С его слов я поняла, что он главный декоратор и живет на киностудии  Довженко, но не исключено, что он просто пошутил ;) 

The Mind, Spirit and Soul

Who you are? You are essentially who you create yourself to be and all that occurs in your life is the result of your own making. What we think, we became. There is nothing within the body that can be identified as being our mind because our body and mind are different entities. For example, sometimes when our body is relaxed and immobile, our mind can be very busy, darting from one object to another. This indicates that our body and mind are not the same entity. Different areas in the mind govern will, emotion,intellect and reason. Everything starts from inside of us, then comes outside of us. Therefore be careful with your thoughts and emotions, you need to hear your reason all the time. Don`t keep pain inside you, it destroys you. 

 

What is spirit? Each human spirit has an expressed individuality and the ability to think, while animal and plant spirits live as collective consciousnesses. Some people think that "Spirit" is just another word for "Soul". But this is not the case. Spirit refers to that which gives life to a body. Spirit also means  force or life-force. The delight of the spirit leads to life. Great spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds. Power with desire to achieve the goal is ambition, ambition is spring of spirit. Spirit is a life-force that inspires ambitions in us. In fact, some people mean that the word "ambition" has become synonymous with words like Devil. This aversion and misunderstanding of ambition and the ego is leading to a disturbance in the Force. But ambition in our world today has overtones that are negative. When somebody talks about the word ambition, you sort of assume that maybe somewhere along the line in parenthesis the word unscrupulous ought to appear. Or maybe the word conniving ought to appear. There`s just something about the idea of ambition that pushes us a little beyond what we might consider to be virtue and character. Partially it`s true. "Is a knife evil? Only if the wielder is evil." Any person with a strong spirit, but no soul is like a car without brakes. 

What is soul? Kindness, caring, empathy, aspiration to justness, fairness, self-esteem, a sense of shame, conscience (still small voice), respect for others, truly love, honesty, a sense of happiness - these are human qualities that the soul fills us with. Some people intentionally deprive themselves of the soul or lose it on the path of life. "Between two evils, choose neither, between two goods, choose both". Some people consider the soul to be a limitation of its speed on the way to the goal. Because they have a wrong idea of what constitutes true happiness. It is not attained through self-gratification but through fidelity to a worthy purpose. "The end justifies the means". When outcome justifies the unscrupulous methods one employs to reach it. Ok, but if  is at stake your soul? If someone has lost self-esteem, he stops respecting others. This person begins to commit unscrupulous acts, because he doesn't have a soul that stops him. Perhaps this person will overtake many competitors, using dishonest methods. The more bad things he does the more bad things happen to him. Because soulless persons will come into his life. Why do soulless persons want to hurt others? Because pain never leaves them. They changed their pain for a soulless, but they got in return even more. Emptiness is the fullness of pain. They have a money, but their money is dirty. They have power, but their power  is based on fear.  They have sex, but without love. They have noisy parties with alcohol and drugs, but they unhappy people. Because happiness does`t come to soulless persons. Never... 

This person won`t be able to get rid of the pain until he regains his soul. Is it possible to return their soul? Yes, but it's harder to recover than to lose. It is as a result of our own choices that we create clouds in our mind, block out the light, and live in darkness. The why we must reflect on our thoughts and deeds and remove these clouds of thought to restore our mind to it`s original, shining state. Spirit gives strength to us, soul gives empathy to us, but only mind decides when to use spirit and when to use soul. Who you are is the result of your own choice. Happiness depends on your mindset and attitude. Nobody was created perfect, and nobody should be measure according to perfection. 



To be human means to be aware, to be able to control your spirit and soul. It means to have a sense of self-respect and to have respect for others. It means to be strong, but to use it for protection, not for attack. It means to go your own way, but don`t  interfere with others. It means to be able to hear your soul. We need to achieve better self-awareness. Self-consciousness, reason or common sense allows the correct use of the power of your spirit. Mind with soul indicates a good direction to your strength. When you don`t understand yourself and others, you can make many mistakes. Before making a decision, we need to hear our mind and our soul. Stupidity is punishable.  It is the same as evil if you judge by the results. I don`t consider myself clever. I also had mistakes in my life. But I know it is easy to deceive a person who thinks he's the smartest person. It is always necessary to doubt and analyze what is happening inside and outside you. Always need to respect yourself and others. Your Soul helps to create your value system. Your Mind should always analyze all information and control your actions. Your Spirit gives you strength to achieve your goals. The soul without spirit is calling for suicide. The spirit without soul is calling for homicide. The absence of soul and spirit is calling to become part of the flock. Happiness when you are in harmony with yourself. There is no way to happiness, happiness is the way.         

Have a harmony with yourself ;) 

Виталий Козловский на обложке Playboy

Доброго времени суток! Для тех кто еще не знает, у меня есть хобби #украинскиеняшки это милый фотошоп украинских артистов  ;)

Так, а при чем же тут Виталий? А вот при чем. Когда я увидела в своей ленте в фейсбук эту очаровательную фотографию, то сразу подумала: "Wow!!! Это же обложка Playboy". Поколдовала немного в Фотошопе и обложка готова. Вторым моим шедевром стала эта новоиспеченная обложка в руках у Влада Иваненко (редактора журнала Playboy UA), в компании экс-невесты Козловского телеведущей Рамины Эсхакзай. 

Выложив эти фото в фейсбук, я отметила на нем всех звезд. Рамина, как и сам Виталий никак на это не отреагировали, а вот Влад оценил мой юмор. Спасибо, обняла :)

Не прошло и часа, как и СМИ подхватили эту красоту с Виталием Виталий Козловский первый мужчина на обложке Playboy - правда забыли указать мое авторство, ну и ладно ))) 

Жаль конечно, но шутка осталась только шуткой и Виталия Козловского в настоящем журнале мы не увидим (пока по крайней мере), зато возможно снова увидим его бывшую невесту. И как знать, как знать... 

С нетерпением жду ноябрьского номера ;)
